Yes we are fully insured for all of our events that we perform at. We do not operate on an event-to-event policy.
We will work closely with you to find the appropriate services and cost for your event while maximizing profits for your non-profit.
Set up tear down are part of the event
This varies from event to event. While we love to pick out our uniforms, we also love to take part in your themed event if this is what you would like.
While no one likes to cancel their event, unfortunately life doesn’t always agree. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date and make it yours. If the need to cancel should arise more than two weeks before your event, then only the deposit is kept. If the event is canceled within 14 days after final payment is made, then funds will be applied to a mutually agreed upon date within 12 calendar months.
